You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. After inspecting the item, we will immediately notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.
Wine Wallet LLC is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses caused while using our website, products, or services. It is also not responsible for damaged Wine Wallets, Barrel Books, Tumblers, apparel, or products caused by pets, animals, children, humans, nature, or any other object that could damage our products.
The shipping standard of five days or three days is the shipping time, NOT fulfillment time. AKA, if you place an order that day, shipping time does not start until it hits the mailbox.
Your order will be shipped via standard priority mail 5-6 business days after your purchase.
Important Pre-order shipping information
Pre-orders containing a 2026 Barrel Book will ship late November/ Early December.
Orders must be placed before December 10th to ensure delivery for Christmas. Orders placed after this date are not guaranteed to be delivered.
To limit theft and have your order end up in the right hands ( yours of course ;) ) we strongly recommend that orders placed from October 15th- December 31st are mailed to a house, not an apartment building or apartment/ condo complex with a shared mailroom. In the past, we have had many customers get excited about their “ your package has been delivered” email, only to find out someone had stolen their package. We cannot control who touches your package once your order leaves the Wine Wallet Distribution Center. We put these efforts in place to limit theft and will do the same moving forward. If you choose to have your package shipped to an apartment complex, it is not the Wine Wallet LLC's responsibility for lost or stolen packages. By having your order shipped to an apartment complex, you understand that your package may get stolen, which is NOT Wine Wallet LLC’s responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
